Spider Writer FTP Client

Overview

The Spider Writer FTP Client comes packaged free with the Spider Writer suite. It is used as a tool for remote maintenance of a web site. The FTP Client stores login information about all the FTP sites you connect to and can even automatically switch to specified local and remote directories upon connecting to a site. The internal File Viewer allows you to view images or text files without opening another application.

Downloading Information

Although the FTP Client is a standalone application, it is not available for download separately from Spider Writer. The FTP Client uses some of the support libraries which are installed by the Spider Writer setup package. To download the FTP Client, included with the Spider Writer suite, go to the Spider Writer download page.
