Is possible to remove the option button (the menu that contains show more / show fever buttons) in the NavigationBar?

Another idea is to show this option button ONLY when the items number overflow the control widht, but only showing the items, without the options of show more, show fewer, navigationbaroptions and add/remove buttons

Sorry not yet but we'll make sure the option is added for the overflow menu button to be hidden for the next maintenance release.
