Auto Hide of tool window not working properly

Hi ,

I do have a tool window  enabled with Auto Hide functionality.

So when I select the auto hide panel, it extends to its fixed size and when I click outside of the tool window,it does not get collapsed.

So auto hide functionality is working on mouse hovering only where as it is expected that it shoul work similar to visual studio docking window.
