Hi,

is it possible to create a style for the current selected line in the syntax editor wpf control?

Right now I only see a dark greyed border around the selected line with white background. What I need is to set the background- foreground and bordercolor.

Is that possible?

Thanks in advance.

Regards.

Hello,

Yes there is a built-in display style for the Current Line.  By default it has a semi-transparent gray border only.  You can set the background on that style too, but foreground is not an option.

If you go to the Highlighting Style Viewer QuickStart and select "Current Line" you can change the border/background.  Note that current line highlighting isn't enabled in that sample, so you'd have to flip back to another sample that has it on to see the result.  The Current Line Highlighting QuickStart also allows selection of the background and shows the result.
