How to compress the ribbon height?

Is there an easy way to tell the ribbon to shrink down to a minimal height, but not disappear entirely? It looks like the Office UI addresses issues like this, but I can't seem to find the instant implementation I always look for first before RTM :).

I am trying to save screen real estate by only showing the smallest icon sizes.
