ToolWindowContainer suggestion

I'd like to see a property that basically locks a particular ToolWindowContainer - you can't attach any other toolwindows to it. I know that I could put it in its own DockSite, but I need for all the containers to be accessible via the SwitchWindow (for accessibility purposes).
