I've given some suggestions before (mostly via email), but I thought I'd give a few more formally here.
1) Support for open-source databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc). Or, a generic connection to ODBC complient servers at a minimum.
2) Support for open-source version control systems, such as CVS (that's the only one I really care about anyway), but inclusion of ClearCase would probably be a plus for someone as well (can't afford it myself...)
3) As others have said before me, better support for PHP would definately be a plus.
4) Better find/replace. Such as "Start from Top", "wrap around document", and "find in files" options.
5) Directories that contain MANY asp/html docs take a long time to load in the the built in explorer. A speed up here would be greatly appreciated (perhaps cache and slowly scan and rebuild in the backgroud as needed, with a forced rescan F5 type of thing?)
6) Help files: I couldn't find a section on "Browse through URL" as mentioned in the website features section, and there's no search tab to search through the entire help system. It also took me a while to figure out that "Database Intergration" (which should be "Integration" BTW) was actually "Data Connections" in the help system.
I'm sure there are others that I'm missing, but hopefully that will keep you busy for a while! <IMG SRC="wink.gif" border="0">
