Actipro Software complies with United States export law.

Export Classification Numbers

The U.S. Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) defines Export Control Classification Number (ECCN) and Commodity Classification Automated Tracking System (CCATS) numbers that apply to exportable products. Per BIS specifications, Actipro Software products are classified as:

ECCN: EAR99

CCATS: Not applicable

Export Restrictions

Actipro will not knowingly, directly or indirectly, export or re-export any of its products, know-how, or services to:

1. Any country that is subject to U.S. export embargo, currently including but not limited to Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, and Syria.
2. Any end-user who has been prohibited from obtaining U.S. exports by any agency of the U.S. government.
