Feature Request... LineEndStyle.CarriageReturn

Currently, you can save files with line end styles of "Cariage Return Line Feed" (Windows Style) and "Line Feed" (Unix Style), but not just "Carriage Return" (Macintosh Style). I'd like to be able to support this third type of output format for customers that might request it. I would be nice if SyntaxEditor had built-in support for this Line End Style so that I didn't have to read/rewrite the file just to change the line endings.
