Is there any way to highlight a word in the SyntaxEditor's text based on a specific position (start index + length)?

I didnt find this kind of example in your SyntaxEditorSamples.

Please Advise.

Hello,

Do you mean set the selected text range or do you mean to apply some kind of background highlight over that range?

We decided to create a new QuickStart for our Sample Browser project which demonstrates how to do what you're asking. It will be called "Adornments - Highlight Range" and demonstrates how to tag any range of text with a custom highlighting style. This new QuickStart will be in our next maintenance release. If you could please open a ticket by emailing our support email address and mention this forum post, we will be happy to reply with a copy of the new sample files right away.
