I have added code to trap the SelectedPageChanged event, but it does not always fire (usang the default, built-in Next button).

Hi Crile,
It should always be firing unless you cancel the page change. If you are not seeing this behavior then please put together a sample project that shows the issue and email it over.
I did a test and put a breakpoint on the SelectedPageChanged event for our demos and it is always firing for me.
