can we have horizontal Scroll Bar

HI
I have n numbers of Tool Windows in my Screen ...
and each Tool Window in saperate ToolWindow Container .

and they appear vertically Cascaded .

so when all window are open all tool window devides the horizontal space and becomes small .. I want to put horizontal scroll bar so that They all Get Vertically Cascaded with their respective size ....

please Help me...Its Eargent.
