Find/Replace in files, would be nice.

The ability to find and/or replace in files and create a summary document for the results/changes would be awesome. This is the only time that I use an application other than SW for my HTML coding.

The program I use for this is UltraEdit. It allows these changes to be made on a directory (and it's sub directories) following a filename mask (ex. *.html; *.cfm; *.js). Then generates a report of the effected files and the line number(s) of the occurance(s).
