QAT not showing

Hi,

When running an application i can see the QAT when you select "Show below the ribbon", but when you select "Show above the ribbon", the QAT dissapears.

Is there anyway i can force the QAT to display above the ribbon?

I tried to repro this in our samples but couldn't. It's working fine as far as I can see.

If you can repro it without code changes in our samples, please let us know how. Otherwise, please make a brand new simple sample project that shows the issue and email it to our support address. Rename the .zip file extension so it doesn't get blocked. Thanks!
