I thought this had been covered before, but I couldn't find any info in it by searching the forums.
I use many .png's in my site, and I cannot drag and drop them without getting an error. If I choose "ignore", the image is inserted, but the dimensions are wrong. Also, the image appears slightly darker when previewing the page in SW, than it does in a browser.
Aren't .png's license-free (unlike .gif's)? <A HREF="http://www.libpng.org/pub/png/" TARGET=_blank>http://www.libpng.org/pub/png/</A>

What error are you getting? We try to load images into an Image control to find the dimensions so if there is a problem with the Microsoft image control loading PNG files, I'm not sure what we can do to fix it.

I hope that helps.

Yes, then that's an error with the Microsoft control in attempting to load the image. Unfortunately I'm not sure what we can do about that.

Thanks for the info. I knew that the MS control had problems with certain formats, but wasn't sure about PNG. It's only a slight inconvenience anyway.
