We offer a way to provide real-time communication between you and our development team, via the free Slack messaging app. The app can be accessed directly in a web browser (https://actipro.slack.com/) or via Slack's excellent desktop and mobile apps.
The purpose of chat offering is to facilitate interaction with our development team, so that we can collaborate together on new product feature ideas, show screenshots of work-in-progress features, and even provide access to preview builds with new functionality.
Since Slack is geared around private team chats, you must be added to our Actipro workspace before you can join in the discussion. Simply e-mail our support department with the following information:
Once we receive your e-mail, we'll add you to our Slack workspace, and Slack will send an e-mail invitation to the address you specified.
After you've been accepted into the Actipro Slack team, you will be able to access the following channels.
#uicontrols - Discuss feature suggestions related to Actipro's various UI control offerings for WPF, Universal Windows, etc.
#codewriter - Discuss feature suggestions related to the Code Writer app for Windows.
#general - Discuss general technology news, particularly in the Microsoft UI realm, and off-topic from Actipro products.
