SyntaxEditor 2.0.0100 Final Release

We've released the final version of 2.0. Thanks to everyone who contributed comments. See our posting in the Announcements forum for more information on this release.

The changes from the last pre-release are:

<li>Added the GoToNextToken and GoToPreviousToken overloads to TextStream that allow for searching for tokens with a specific key.
<li>Optimized automatic outlining routines.
<li>Added the IntelliPromptMemberList.Font property.
<li>Added the Outlining.EnsureVisible method.
<li>Changed the border of IntelliPrompt tips to be a single-pixel in dark color.
<li>Tweaked the C# and HTML language definitions.
<li>Fixed bug that caused an exception when painting collapsed nodes with a variable-length font.
