The current version of CodeHighlighter only supports .NET 2.0 and later. We eventually hope to add .NET 1.1 assemblies into the ZIP file as well but might not get to that for a bit.
Anyhow, if you have a .NET 1.0 or 1.1 project and would like to use CodeHighlighter, we made our final .NET 1.0 compile of it available at this link:

which was after this thread was created.
