In our first build of Wizard for WPF we had a problem where the evaluation release was not licensed properly and would not allow you to run the sample project or use it in any other project.
We have identified and fixed the problem however before installing build 301 (with the fix) you will need to remove a registry key using regedit:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Actipro Software\Wizard\WPF
After removing that and installing build 301, the evaluation should work fine. Sorry for the inconvenience.
