We're very happy to announce that a set of date/time controls and related classes will be included in the shared library for the next release of Ribbon.
The controls will consist of a DateTimePicker and a MonthCalendar. Both are very configurable and can be used independently of Ribbon. The Ribbon sample project will also demo using the DateTimePicker in-ribbon, and will show a special Ribbon theme for the two controls on the Edit tab.
The best way to check out the functionality of the controls will be with the updated Shared Library sample. You will be able to run the sample via XBAP on our site.
Additionally, the Shared Library will contain a set of helpful classes and converters for working with DateTimes.
Look for these updates to come out hopefully today or tomorrow in Ribbon build 346.

The latest build of this product (v24.1.1) was released 2 months ago,
which was after this thread was created.
