Is it really neccesary to enforce that ALL of the ActiproSoftware .dll's have to be in EVERY project using one of their products? It's just very messy and cumbersome ....

All our WinForms products reference (and are based on) the Shared and WinUICore libraries. This is a similar design to other competitors as well.
In UIStudio, we split up assemblies so that if you are using the Dock controls but not the NavigationBar control, then you don't need to include a reference to the NavigationBar assembly.
