This is a nice property ,but how do I tell it to use two colors like Visual Studio 2005? Green code is saved code, and yellow is unsaved.

Please check out the "Line Modification Marking" help topic. It describes all the methods. After a save, call ChangeLineModificationMarkColor to change existing markers to Green, then keep all new markers as Yellow.
