Snippets / malformed XML - SyntaxEditor for Windows Forms Forum

if there is only one snippet in the snippet folder that contains invalid xml, snippets are no longer working i.e. the editor does not show any snippet anymore. could it be that if a malformed xml is encountered, the routine exits prematurely?

Good catch... the next maintenance release now has a try...catch around the code that loads each snippet within the CodeSnippetFolder.Refresh method. This will allow bad XML snippets to be skipped without affecting the folder load.

The latest build of this product (v24.1.1) was released 4 months ago, which was after the last post in this thread.
