Displaying pictures in Wixzard - How?

The demo app provided has an image/picture displayed on the LHS of the welcome screen. It is not obvious how/where this picture has been assigned to the welcome/start page.

Questions:
1). w may I add this picture to my wizard
2). How can I add any other picture to my wizard?
3). may I use the wizard image (wizards hat) on my wizards, in my application? - i.e. are there any copyright issues regarding the use of the Wizard logo used in the demo?
