Your example language file for VB.Net doesn't support Region outlining.

When will you guys address the outlining every "{ }" in C# and have the ability to outlining XML "< >"?

The lastest maintenance release has VB.NET outlining.

I explained XML outlining in another post today. Please refer to that.

The {} in C# requires that you are semantically parsing the tokens and know whether a { is a regular scope delimiter or an array delimiter. That will require advanced programming to achieve, similar to what I explained in the XML posting.
