This will be somewhat difficult to explain, but there are situations under which multiple lines of text are selected, and attempting a block indent only indents the first line, but subsequent block indents work normally--this is reproducable in the sample app.

Steps to reproduce (just use the two using directives at the top of the sample app):
-Put the cursor at the end of the second line
-Drag the cursor to the beginning of the first line
-Now, both using lines should be selected
-Try a block indent

Only the first line indents to start. After which, everything works normally. If you select the text "downwards" instead of "upwards" it works fine. Also, if you put the cursor at the beginning of the 3rd line and drag backwards to the 1st line, then everything works properly. It's only that one sequence of events that cause the odd indenting behavior.

Let me know if you can repro this or not. Thanks.
