Repro:
1. Have a SyntaxEditor with some lines of text in the document.
2. Ctrl-End to go to the last character
3. Shift-UpArrow a few times to make a selection
4. Now press down arrow
5. You will see that the cursor does not move and the selection remains.
Expected: The selection should disappear and the cursor should move to just past the last character in the document.
By the way I was seeing this with the DotNet Addon loaded if it matters
