Word wrap + outlining display bug

In the sample app, set wrapping to 'Token' and then adjust the width of the app so that there are wrapped lines inside expanded outlining nodes. When collapsing and reexpanding those nodes with wrapped lines, the lines beneath the outlining node disappear.

It seems to be a one-to-one relationship between number of wrapped lines in the outlining node and the number of lines that disappear with each expansion/collapse.
