Not sure if this has been fixed in build 234 as I haven't had a chance to download it yet but I didn't spot it in the build notes.
It will be easier to provide steps to duplicate than to explain it.
1. Open the sample app and launch the SDI editor
2. Change the language to SQL (not sure if the problem happens on other languages)
3. Expand the "Region Variable Declarations" outlining node
4. Position the cursor inside the node, at the end of line (line ends with int)
5. Select using mouse or keys from the cursor position to the top of the document
6. Press Delete or Backspace key
7. Note how the Outlining node remains in place even though you just deleted the begin region token.
It looks like whenever you delete part of an outlining node (i.e. the part that contains the begin token) such that you have select all text to the top of the document, this problem occurs. Note that if you don't select all the way to the top, the problem doesn't occur.
Let me know if you need any other details.
