Does it exist? I ran the sample browser and it doesn't show an example of the bullet graph either. The Website says it's in 12.1, but maybe it's in a later build than I have?

Hi Mick,
Sorry there was a typo in today's blog post, and is fixed now. It should have read that bullet graph is coming in the 2012.2 version (not 2012.1), which should be out in the next several weeks. The 2012.2 version is already out for our WinRT XAML controls and the bullet graph control can be seen in that platform right now.
