Do you have a Recent Places control (like the one shown in e.g. Word, right next to Recent documents)? I can't find one in your sample app, so I'm guessing no :). I would really like one though, so that it may completely match the functionality of the Recent Documents control. Would it be possible for me to do somewhat easily through the use of templates or...?

Sorry we don't have any control for that. But perhaps you could reuse the Recent Documents sort of control we offer, but instead of having document references, just reference a folder. Or if that isn't allowed, make some dummy filename for each so that you may have "C:\MyRealFolder\folder.lnk"... then if you see a command come through with "folder.lnk" in it, pull that off and open the folder instead.
