Show entire file name on tab hover

Wh you hover over a file in the tabs interface, a tooltip should pop up with the full file name (and possibly the full path). I sometimes work with several  files named like conference.html, conference-sunday.html, etc that get  cut off in Code Writer's tabs, and it can get confusing.
