Is it possible to upgrade Actipro Wizard from v1.04.0061 to 12.1 ?

1) You'll want to e-mail our sales address to see what upgrading options you have in terms of licensing cost.

2) For migration, you can convert but there will be a number of breaking changes between those versions since that original version is almost 10 years old now. The documentation that comes with v2012.1 includes a "Converting from Previous Versions" section wtihin each product's area. That contains steps that help convert between each major version. You'd probably need to run through all those things in order and possibly also examine the Release History document for the product (viewable in the Sample Browser) as needed too.

You might want to do all this in the evaluation version of v2012.1 to make sure you are able to do everything you need to do before you place any orders.

3) Yes, it should be compatible with .NET 3.5 or later.
