Version: 4.0.0238

Hi,

Can I tell to the instance of DotNetProjectResolver where it should find the ExternalReferences (additional probing path for AddExternalReference)?

I think you would just specify the full path to the assembly when you call AddExternalReference. If there are multiple possible paths then you should scan yourself for the appropriate one first before calling AddExternalReference.
