Code Writer App Suggestions and Support Forum

Hey ActiPro Team,

I really appreciate the development that was put in the Code Writer on Windows 8.

I do have an idea that y'all might think of taking a look at.

When you collapse the code editor to the side of Windows 8, you lose the abililty to switch between files from there.

For example, if I am changing a .css file and would like to then switch to view the related .html file I will have to give the Code Write the priority on the screen and then proceed to right click on the mouse to see the open files and switch from

Would it be possible to enable users to switch between file from the collapsed side bar?

Thank you.

Hello, I'm not sure if you are aware but there are Ctrl+Tab and Ctrl+Shift+Tab shortcuts that let you toggle between the open documents.  Those hotkeys should work in snapped view.

Thank you for the info!

I accidentally discovered the Ctrl+Tab feature a few hours after making the post. And all is well and more simplified.

I can get work done a whole lot faster!

The latest build of this product (v4.2.42) was released 4 years ago, which was after the last post in this thread.
