Some search improvments

Hi!

I have some suggestions to improve the search. Some of them are easy to implement, others aren't.

  • a count function;
  • automatic fill of the search field of the form with the selected text;
  • \r, \n, \t, \s;
  • full RegEx;
  • mark matched text;

The next version (v1.7) will auto fill in the find text based on the selection.

A new feature that highlights all search matches is going to be included in v2.2.

v2.2 is also getting regular expression searching.

The latest build of this product (v4.2.42) was released 3 years ago, which was after the last post in this thread.
