How can I make the icon for the tool window show up in the Tool Window title bar, not just on the tab?

Unfortunately Windows doesn't draw icons in a tool window title bar so this isn't possible.

The latest build of this product (v24.1.1) was released 28 days ago,
which was after the last post in this thread.
