I created a document window, and a web browser is placed inside
when I raft the window the webbrowser is not displayed if the allowtransparency=true in the raftwindow

Hello, yes that is a limitation of core WPF. It won't display interop controls like web browsers if the containing window allows transparency. You should leave transparency off if you plan on using interop controls.
