Size of minimized ribbon fixed when window was not maximized

Hi,

When i run the SampleApplication i seem to have a ribbon-size problem.

- Run the program but not with maximized window.
- Double click a tab to make ribbon minimized.
- Drag the application window to a larger width.
- Click a few tabs to show the ribbon, who has still the first width.

- Double click a tab to fix the problem, ribbon gets full size again.
