Option to disable auto complete - Code Writer App Suggestions and Support Forum

Personally I'm not a fan of programs autocompleting my code. For example, I'll often paste in some text from a mock up, and go to add <p> tags around it, and it ends up looking like <p></p>this is my text</p>. While I certainly appreciate autocompelte in some situations, it'd be nice if there was just at toggle in the settings to disable it.

Hi Jacob,

I'm not sure if this would help you but you can do a Ctrl+Z right after that auto-complete happens and it will remove it. That might give you a best of both worlds sort of scenario since it will still work in the scenarios you want it in, and you can undo it with one keystroke in scenarios you don't want it.
