Hello,
Is it possible with the Syntax Editor to navigate the user through their set bookmarks? We want to provide 2 buttons, next / previous that will scroll the user to their bookmarks.

Yes, we support that. Check out the "Indicators - Bookmark" QuickStart in the Sample Browser since that shows exactly how to do it.
