Add the ability to hide document types

Give the user the ability to hide document types that they don't use. If I don't code in perl, I'd like to hide it so I don't see it. Being able to sort the list alphabetically or manually (drag-n-drop) would be helpful.

Hello, thanks for writing.  You can already turn off file types you don't use.  If you go to Settings, then File Types, there is an Enabled switch for each file type.
