Tool Windows will not close via touch - Docking/MDI for WPF Forum

Version: 16.1.0632

Platform: .NET 4.5

Environment: Windows 10 (64-bit)

Tools Windows will not close when tapping the X button on a touch device. The X button shows that the touch was registered (state changes) but the window will not close.

The menu button does allow for touch and after opening the menu via touch you can then close the window via touch.

As a work around I set ClickMode=Press for the EmbeddedButtonStyle of the ToolWindowContainer.

Thanks for reporting this. We've made an update to get it working as expected for the next maintenance release.
