Version: 16.1.0632

Platform: .NET 4.0

Environment: Windows 7 (64-bit)

StartZoomToRegion operation result is aways a center of content of ZoomContentControl in spite of the region selected by the user.

Scale is correct, but region is wrong. You can reproduce it in SampleBrowser.
