Drag and Drop with Alt and Shift - SyntaxEditor for WPF Forum

Hi Actipro

We are reimplementing an existing editor which had behaviors (move) for alt+drag and shift+drag by using Syntax Editor. However Syntax Editor does not allow alt+drag or shift+drag. Is it possible to allow the user to do alt+drag and shift+drag, or at least give us the option of implementing that please.

Hi Xinen,

While we can change things for Alt+click on a selection to support a drag start, doing so for Shift+click would break functionality we have that allows users to change the length of selection easily.

Yes, we have updated Alt+click for the next build.

The latest build of this product (v24.1.5) was released 4 days ago, which was after the last post in this thread.
