I think that's exactly what he's referring to. So if you copy text from SyntaxEditor and paste it into something like Microsoft Word, it maintains the appearance from SyntaxEditor (not just plain text).
Version 2.5 now has a new property named SyntaxEditor.CutCopyWithRtf that you can activate to allow copying of text in RTF format. Also added a Document.GetSubstringAsRtf method that the cut/copy code uses.
