Moving a line below a word wrapped line - e.g. taking up two lines - will break up the wrapped line, and put the moved line in-between.
I would expect that the line would be moved below the wrapped line - no matter how many "actual" lines the wrapped line takes up.
This happens with version 2.6

Thank you for the feedback. I looked at how Visual Studio (we generally try to keep our SyntaxEditor control with similar features to the VS code editor) does it and it behaves similar to your suggestion. We'll make a note to look into changing it.
