Add Auto Save option - Code Writer App Suggestions and Support Forum

I feel it's utterly irritating when Code Writer closes without prompting me to save all open, unsaved files.

I don't see any reason for having files pending unsaved after I close the application.

Please add an option to prompt for saving all unsaved files when the Code Writer application is getting closed.

Hi Jack,

Thank you for the suggestion but unfortunately as a Windows Store app, I don't believe we can do that. It tells us the app is shutting down and we don't have a way to prompt the user to prevent shutdown like you can with normal desktop apps.

Agree 1000% with Jack. I made an account just to post this.

The latest build of this product (v4.2.42) was released 6 years ago, which was after the last post in this thread.
