How Actipro menu icons can be identified by a spy

We have devloped a software in which the menu icon are devloped using
actipro but now for automated testing we dont have any property
of actripro icon which can be used to identify it.
The problem is that actipro icons are not derved from windows form
so its undetectable by spy.
So could you give me any idea how can we solve this problem?
We have allready tried shortcut keys for menu icons and we didnt
find it a good technique to select menu icons.
