Change email address on account

How can I change the primary (and private) email address on my account? There doesn't seem to be any options within the profile pages to do so, but my current email address is defunct.

You could create a new user with your updated email address on our account and then just email us if you need to be added to an organization account. Please indicate your old email address in your email.
